We chose to call it Break… not Fast, because we believe that mornings need time: time to listen to yourself, to choose what makes you feel good, to start the day with beauty and taste.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Our brunch is served every day in the dining room facing onto the garden, boasting a selection of sweet and savory dishes. The buffet is a mix of flavors and colors, a feast for the eyes but, most of all, for your palate. Each day you can choose a different dish: try them all and then tell us which one is your favorite!

In the Infinity Spa, you can toast with a bottle of sparkling wine alongside a gourmet selection of finger food: choose from a selection of sushi, typical Romagna specialties, or a vegetarian mix, served without hurry, so you can savor every bite while enjoying the whirlpool bubbles with your partner.
